We already highlighted that our engine processing services are unique and specific. We are unique because we process all types of engine heads from the smallest to the largest. We process valve seats on the machine with specially profiled tools, which process all 3 angles of the valve seats. Superb accuracy of processing valve height and width is guaranteed and provides full seating and sealing of valves. We pay special attention on valve processing through standard control of the valve stem valve and grinding of the valve head by fabric angles. Processing of engine heads is an integral part of engine head machining. We also build valve guides from proven and verified materials according to manufacturer standards.
We make and install special copper cartridge injectors, when fabrics are worn out, with testing, warranties and safety (Volvo, Mercedes – Actros, Mann and Caterpillar). We fix damaged bearings for chambers and injectors for Volkswagen models and also for any other type of vehicle with a chamber system. We repair cracked and damaged bearings of hydraulic lifters for all types of engine heads.
